A: We serve responsible adults with stable income who are looking for affordable, shared or private housing in a peaceful and drug/alcohol-free environment.


2. Living Arrangements

Q: Do you offer private rooms or shared rooms?
A: Yes — we offer both private and shared rooms, based on availability and preference.

Q: How long can someone stay?
A: There is no fixed time limit. Residents may stay long-term as long as all house guidelines are respected — we are a long-term stability-focused home, not temporary shelter.

Q: What amenities are included in the stay?
A: Utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry access, fully furnished rooms, and clean shared common areas are included.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to maintain cleanliness and safety for all residents.


3. Cost & Fees

Q: What is the cost per bed or room?
A: Pricing varies based on the room type (shared or private) and location. There is a one-time non-refundable move-in fee. No hidden or recurring fees after that.

Q: Are utilities and Wi-Fi included?
A: Yes — all utilities and Wi-Fi are included in your monthly rate.


4. Application & Move-In

Q: What do I need to apply?
A: A simple rental application and proof of stable income. The process takes about 10–15 minutes, and move-in decisions are typically made within 1–3 business days.

Q: Is a background or credit check required?
A: Background checks are conducted for safety. Credit checks are not required. We welcome individuals who are serious about stability and growth.


5. House Guidelines

Q: Is there a curfew?
A: Yes — curfew is at 11:00 PM. If you work late hours, just provide your work schedule in advance for approval.

Q: Are visitors allowed?
A: To protect the privacy and peace of all residents, outside visitors are not permitted.

Q: What are the quiet hours?
A: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM daily.


6. Support & Services

Q: Are meals provided?
A: Meals are not provided, but we can connect you to local food support resources if needed.

Q: Is transportation available?
A: Transportation assistance may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Q: Do you offer any personal support services?
A: Yes — we can assist with job preparation, benefits guidance, permanent housing support, and light emotional support.


7. Payments & Financial Assistance

Q: Do you accept housing vouchers or financial assistance?
A: At this time, vouchers are not accepted — but updates will be announced soon.

Q: How do I pay rent?

8. Safety & Security

Q: How do you ensure safety?
A: Our homes are equipped with security systems, frequent staff oversight, and maintenance support for any issue reported.


9. Day-to-Day Living

Q: Can I personalize my room?
A: Light personalization is allowed with permission from the resident coordinator.

Q: Is there space for socializing?
A: Yes — residents have access to a peaceful living room, kitchen, and outdoor relaxation areas.


10. Freedom & Independence

Q: Can residents come and go freely?
A: Yes — residents may come and go normally before 11:00 PM. After that, doors are locked for safety unless prior approval is given.

Q: Can you help me transition into permanent housing later?
A: Absolutely — we assist residents with employment support, housing applications, and long-term stabilization planning.
